Steak Dinner

Decided to cook steak tonight, even though i've never tried it in my life.
Picked up two from Bristol Farms down the street and googled "how to
cook a steak" and came up with a lil recipe. Haha. How funny, right?

It was pretty basic. Preheat oven to 350º, Poke the steak all around w/
a fork, and season it, massaging it in with your hand or the back of
a spoon. Heat the pan on high heat and sear one side of the steak
for 60 seconds, and the other side for 90 seconds. Take the steak(s)
out and put it in an oven safe bake pan lined w/ foil & leave for 20-25
minutes & you're done. It came out surprisingly good for it being the
first time! I feel really full now, tomorrow's dinner will definitely be
a lighter one! Zzz
